How can I train myself to just work and

Make money, I live with my parents and when I have money they massively take advantage of me when I have other things to pay for. It's so hard for me to work consistently, I have absolutely no discipline. I always hold it until last minute and I'm dealing with depression. Me living with family while they have no respect for me massively doesn't help. How do I get myself to work and make money and that's it, while living here while I'm like this?
