Pretty big baby

Yesterday we had our anatomy scan and found out we are having a BOY! The doctor's told me everything was perfect, and there was nothing to worry about. Just that they were going to have to monitor the baby's growth because he is BIG he measured in the 90th percentile at 1lb and 1oz at only 21 weeks. My question is, has anyone else had a baby that big end up having a natural delivery instead of being induced or having a c section? I'm not too worried, just like to be prepared about things.
