You can check your cervix for early signs but the cervix can be tricky as it changes daily and cm can also change daily. I wouldn't use the cervix as a confirmation for pregnancy. I would go to your doctor for a blood test if you think you may be pregnant as a blood test can detect small amounts of hcg compared to urine tests
