IVF without Birth control start

 IVF ladies...please share your results on how your first stims cycle went with and/or without going on the pill to start. I have normal ovarian reserve according to bloodwork with very regular cycles, but I am 39 years old:-/. We may want to do 2 stims cycles so that we can possibly freeze or atleast just increase our chances for quality eggs that will make it to transfer so waiting 2-3 weeks to start while being on the pill is just making me feel like this is going to be such a long process😢
