Do you "get off" vaginally?

This is really personal & kind of embarrassing for me so I'm posting anonymously. I've never been able to orgasm during vaginal sex. I have two kids and a wonderful fiancée that turns me on but I just can't orgasm. I only can through oral occasionally. I've brought it up to friends and family and they look at me like I'm crazy. Am I the only one who can't? I also brought it up to many doctors and they just brush it off and say it's fine. I had my kids via c section so nothing is messed up, I can feel everything. It's just extremely frustrating for me and my partner because he thinks he's not doing something right. I've been with others besides him so it's not him neither. Anyone else experience this?! Post your comments and story's please! Also I'm only 22 years old so I shouldn't have this problem at my age! :(

I rarely had orgasms that young.  I'm not sure why. Personally I think just my hormones were not aligned properly. Once I hit mid-thirties, WHOA. No shortage of them now😊

A majority of women cannot orgasm vaginally. Many still need clitoral stimulation while being penetrated.

I used to think the same thing. I really thought I had a problem, but my recent guy is a bit older so idk if because he's more experience, but i orgasm vaginal everytime now. He's very into please me and foreplay so that helps alot. He also last long so I get a chance to orgasm. It's also very mental so we use alot of dirty talk. Be positive and dont get frustrated.

I can only get off vaginally. I can't get off from clit stimulation from my boyfriend. If I do it myself in a certain way I can but other than that I can't. But i know that's a little weird. I know a lot of people who can't get off vaginally though. You're not alone. Try clitoral stimulation it might do the trick for you

I've been having sex for 11 years and multilevel people...all shapes and sizes and not once have I ever gotten off from vaginal  sex. Only when a guy goes down on me, even then he has to do it just right. You know I read many years ago some women just can't from vaginal sex. It's not that bizarre but every guy I've been with and told that to they don't want to believe it ...they either take it personally or see it as a challenge which is frustrating on our end. Why wouldn't we want to have a orgasm from regular sex? I sure wish I could...but some of us aren't that lucky.
