Help! Severe cold 30 weeks pregnant

It started yesterday when I woke up. I thought it was allergies because my mouth, eyes, and nose were very irritated and itchy. Today it got ten times worse. My body is so sore, throat is swollen, nose is extremely stuffy, and throat is very irritated. Baby girl has been moving quite a bit like she's fine but my stepmom and I googled what was safe to take during pregnancy and Ive been taking allergy medicine and I took Tylenol pm last night. Ive been drinking tons of water and juice but nothing seems to help at all. If any of you have experienced this please comment. I am desperate for answers and help before going in to a hospital.
