Pregnant?

Okay so i had a laprascopy done in the first week of july (for pcos and endometriosis) and cleared me out basically. I have been taking metformin since. the first day of my last cycle was aug 15th and i have been having cramps.. not painful ones or anything and they seem to be where my ovaries should be? And i am completely exhausted all day long for no reason which is super unusual for me! But i took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back positive? I know its super early but does that mean i am pregnant?
