Pregnancy acne

I'm 20 weeks and my acne is killing me. I have small bumps ALL over, especially my forehead. But I'm also getting a few bigger ones, so it's not like I can cover it up. I wash my face every night, use some witch hazel/tea tree oil cleansing wipes, and moisturizer. I feel like everything that actually works is off limits. Any suggestions?
