I was supposed to ovulate on 31 August or yesterday.. all day today I have been getting cramps on both sides , yesterday I had Cm that was like egg whites and today I have CM that is extremely thick and like lotion having cramps and CM like this is abnormal for me this early in my cycle so are these cramps from ovulation or something else
