Tmi but help

Ok so I'm 15 weeks Pregnant and dr said I have some kind of infection down there but I can't stand the smell I mean it's like immediate I shower with feminine wash and 20 mins later I can already smell myself. 😣it's horrible I'm desperate to get rid of the smell. Dr said he can't give me anything til I'm further along but it's really driving me nuts. Please help!! I mean I don't think others can smell it as much as I smell myself but it's driving me crazy and I'm desperate. Home remedies anything please
