Prenatal vitamins... What do you take?

There are so may different brands of prenatal vitamins and I am unsure which are the best to take. I wasn't to make sure there is adequate folic acid, and omega 3's. What do you ladies take?

The general prenatal prescribed by your DR are the same as the OTC ones. Unless,  your deficient in something which isn't everyone's case.  The OTC prenatals are fine.  I take the CVS brand,  it had 2 pills. .. one omega's and folic acid & the other is the other vitamins and Dha

Nature made. But I switched to target brand gummies in the first trimester because the pills made me nauseous.

I was taking to gummy prenatal a by nutravision(I think). I realized they didn't have iron so I switched to the women's one-a-day prentals.

It's always better to take prenatals prescribed by your doctor. I used to take nature made prenatals before. When I went for a general checkup my doctor did a blood draw and concluded I have iron and haemoglobin deficiency. So she prescribed me specific prenatals. I'm on them now. I suggest you do the same too! It's always better to replenish what we lack in our system! All the best!!!
