FTM and my milk came in today

Baby went from eating for an hour every 2-3 hours to eating for 10 minutes every 2-4 hours... Does that seem right?! Also, when do I start using the pump? My breasts feel engorged and hard... Should I pump between feedings? How do I know when to stop?
