I have a question I'm ftm did Brewers yeast help?

I can't say for certain if it was the Brewers yeast or the oatmeal. But I made lactation cookies and saw a small increase.

I add it to my orange juice every morning. Going on almost 4 years of nursing the past 2 years tandem
Nursing and it's helped. I also eat oatmeal and take milk fairy or more milk plus right before and during my period to help with supply dipping due to hormone fluctuation

I did it with my son. Religiously Brewers yeast and fenugreek. I think it helped. I made it 14 months breastfeeding.
