Increased milk supply
My LO is 7wks old, and I'm trying to stock up her milk for me returning to work. I found it hard to do, because it seemed as though the moment that I would pump, she would wake up hungry, and I wouldn't have much for her feed and she would still be hungry, so I would end up using the milk I pumped or I would let her feed first, and then I wouldn't have much after I pumped... So to increase my supply I instantly thought of oatmeal, and granola, and sometimes it's hard for me to eat it as often as I'd like. So I started eating at least one pack of oatmeal in the morning, and eat a few of these granola bars throughout the day. My supply went up, and I pump at least 6 5oz (sometimes more) a day, and still able to let my LO to nurse. I just thought that I would pass the tip on to someone who might be looking for ways to increase their supply. These are the granola bars, and they taste great. 😊
