Ttc on Clomid confused :(

My original period app always accurate said should of had af yesterday no sign at all. But all signs of pregnancy boobs aereoles lumpier bloated gone off food had spotting once thurs night. Have to call consultants secretary for results tomorrow of 21 day hormones as last month's apparently was really low. Neg tests is it me wanting to much n body being evil or is what I feeling real?
