Still in love with my ex.

So I was with my ex for awhile . A lot has happened between us and we made it through everything. I had ended up flipping my car 3 times, and my family went psycho crazy on him and his parents forced him to break up with me. Mind you we are 18 and 20. But he still tells me everyday how much he still loves me. And how much he wants to still be with me. I just don't know what to do..?
