Period question

I've had to postpone my period 2 times this month (so

I don't know if my cicle is right or not) I hadn't have sex until today. My friend asked me to take the post day pill, I don't want to take it cause all the hormones it has but i'm wordied that it can have any bad consequences. I already took it once this same year (about two months ago).
