First ultrasound

I am curious when the rest of you ladies had your first ultrasound. I dont think I'll have my first until 12 weeks! I'm only 7.5 right now and the wait is killing me. This is my second pregnancy as I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. I had a lot of weird bleeding and lost it at 8 weeks. This time is going much better but I still worry something could be wrong. I just want to know all is well. Can I ask them to do an earlier one?
