Does time effect rate of progression of sperm samples??

So recently my DH finally got his SA done, and I cried and was so upset when the lab said his sperm was moving forward slowly. But when I had my consult with my doctor today and she had the printed results she noticed the time it was collected and the time it was received and prossesed had an almost two hours difference!!!😱😱 I was so shocked and confused because it took us 40 mins to get to the lab which already worried me so I know the exact time we got there I don't know why it took so long to be processed. I'm excited now because all his other aspects are perfect and we're going to do another one collected right at the lab!!!! Just wondering if you ladies knew if the time lapse had a big impact on results or if I'm falsely excited?! Input please!!!! Bless you all
