Has anyone else experienced this

I take lo Loestein Fe and have been since December 2014. Here in the last month or two i will start my period about 2 weeks before the sugar pills, and it will last about a week of the brown and red. Then I'll stop and once i take the sugar pills the two white ones i start up again with just the red and it last about 3 days. Just wondering if anyone else has, or is having the same problem if so what was the cause or reason. When i started out with them my cycle started on the white and lasted for 3 days. Sorry for to much information
