Please help..
I'm pregnant and just found out my Twin sister is pregnant! She just found out so she is probably only 4-5 weeks along, hasn't been to doctor yet. She said this morning there was some brown when she wiped. I'm a first time mom so I know nothing. I'm just telling her to stay positive! Did this happen to any of you mommies out there?? Really appreciate your input!
