Nausea and headaches
When i havent ate in a couple hours i get nauseas and my head hurts. Then i get dizzy and feel lightheaded. Anyone else doing this? I feel like im eating too much, but thats the only way i have found to make it go away. Some times it just comes out of no where. Im 11 weeks.
