Odd feeling

I'm on the combination pill, the other day I was late on taking my pill by an hour. I've been kind of paranoid since then. But besides that I've had this weird feeling in my abdomen/vagina, kind of like when you WANT to or know you're about to have sex.... And I've felt kind of wet, but there's nothing on my underwear. I swear I'm not thinking about sex either. Anyone else had this?? Please help
