Hormonal after miscarriage baby blues

Sarah
No one told me about this. If they had, I might have taken those 2 weeks off work instead of just one day. Went into work yesterday, felt stress and started crying. WHAT? I understand in my head what's happened, I'm quite happy to move on, but it appears hcg levels are up/down and I am a hormonal nutjob. I have the baby blues and no baby. This is science, it's very likely to happen after a miscarriage. So do yourselves a favour ppl and do take that time off.
