One week late

Alright so I'm 7 days late as of today and have gotten the tiniest faint lines basically only noticeable when the tests are tweaked, I've been exhausted so much and yesterday my boobs started to tingle and now on the sides (by my armpit) both hurt when I press on them and are very hard! Is this a good sign? Should I keep testing? Also sometimes I feel slightly sick but never puke and my temps have been 98.3 or above all week. Please help!
