Am I wrong to be angry?

So this may be horrible...but a woman I personally know just gave birth to her 5th child. She only has custody of 3 (my husband and I have the older 2), she has been pregnant every year for 4 years. She doesn't have a job, a home, or a steady partner. She does drugs while pregnant. Lies about it...my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant with no results. I am so frustrated and angry. It doesn't seem fair. Am I a bad person for feeling this way?
