Ovulation testing

I'm so frustrated because for the 6th day in a row my ovulation tester has said high fertility and has not reached peak. I think it must be broken. I used two other tests and they said low. The instructions said to continue with the same tester though. I've been feeling my cervix and CM but it hasn't felt as ready as it did last month. Now I'm worried that I didn't ovulate. I guess I'll find out when my period comes. Do you think my tester is broken or has my LH been high all this time but not peaked?
