Summers Eve Confusion

OK, so I recently bought summers even because I'm seriosuly out of whack down there and I'm afraid it's causing more and more problems with conception. Anyway, I got a bottle to try and it says external use only, but that it's for the vagina!? Do I just wash around my vagina and not in it!? I never washed inside of my vagina with other body washes, I just washed around it and sprayed the inside of it with water. So ladies, what do I do!?
