Annual check up ???

So today I got to see my baby for the first time and heard his/her heart beat❤️ I had a check up with my doctor rite after. Little did I know it for for my annual. I didn't think any thing of it cause I said "she is my doctor and wouldn't do anything that is bad for me or my baby" but it really hurt me.. so today I'm experiencing a little bleeding and I'm kinda scared :( had any one had an annual while pregnant ??
