curious

so me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex. he pulls out (I know this method is not very effective) but we've had sex while I was fertile and ovulating... I'm not sure I'm able to get pregnant, I use to have irregular periods but they've been pretty regular for about 3-4 months now.. lately I've been having head aches almost everyday, some cramping here and there. so I'm just curious as to if I could be pregnant, my boyfriend is always freaking out if I'm going to the bathroom or take naps or have headaches. I haven't taken a pregnancy test bc I don't believe it's that serious yet... but I just want an opinion.
