Is anyone else...

Is anyone else having pain in there upper gut under your rib cages??? It's not gas I know it's not. It was just under my left side now it's all the way across. I can't stand up straight and now I can't bend over. I'm just fine laying down. Not sure what going on. I'm 16 weeks tomorrow and my second pregnancy. I can't stand this it started last night and has gotten worse sense. My dr is no help. And I don't want to go to the ER and be in a bed that can be used for someone else that needs it.
