Do you feel like this?

Just got my bfp a couple of days ago, last night my stomach has started feeling like it got punched in the stomach or as if its weak, also, TMI but I have been checking CM, there's a lot of it, and it's thick and has little white chunks in it. Have you ever had this in early pregnancy?
