IUI on sat 9/19

Hi I had my first IUI on September 19th I took letrazol before and had a trigger shot and now am taking endometrin! I had two mature follicles they were 16 and 18! I was just wondering how many people had success on there first IUI. I just know that if it doesn't work I am going to be destroyed! We have been trying for a little over a year and I so badly just want a baby
