Phantom period anyone?

I posted this question yesterday but idk where it went lol my question was has anyone had a phantom period? Explanation: i will have my period in 2 weeks. I am very regular and on the pill. However this week I have had cramps, joint pains, cravings, all as if I'm having my period but instead of red discharge its white. Anyone out there? Or am I just the 1% and going crazy lol
