Post partum

How do you gently have the conversation with excited family and friends that when they visit after baby is here, we'd love help. Whether it be food, cleaning, taking care of our dog or running to the store for us. As much as I'd love a break to take a shower, the last thing I want to have is 4 people over at a time that I have to entertain and all they want to do is hold baby. Suggestions on how to bring up the help conversation lightly?
