8 weeks 4 days

Yesterday I went to see ob and I had an US and she told me last night that the reason I had been bleeding every now and again was bc I had hemorrhage to something that was shown in the US... I had a restriction for two weeks no intercourse until I see her on the 13th... Has anyone had to deal with this and should I be worried worried or just be as calm as possible and not worry???????
