Benadryl

I'm 21 weeks and 1 day. I haven't been sleeping good and I just took 2 Benadryl pills that equal up to 50 mg. that's safe right? It says it's safe to take while pregnant on my papers but it never says how much is safe to take. I never take more than two but o always flip out everytime I take it lol but it helps me so much. I'm a first time mom so every little thing worries me
