Help is it vaginal tears?

Me and my BF haven't had sex in a while and he always stretches me. Last night we did it and I was sore so I wanted him to look because he wanted to go down and I wanted to be safe. There were little lines that looked like cuts is this normal tearing because it has been long? ( also I am recovering from yeast- don't currently have but medication I am on causes).... I can't find any pictures and I do have simplex one but only ever had caginal symptoms initially and I am not breaking out. Please help this worry wart
