Calling out of work

I am 37+4 and I ended up calling out of work for today. I have had a cold for about a week now and I haven't been sleeping at night. They text me today and asked if I was ok to work tomorrow and honestly I really don't want to because I would love to finish doing the wee ones laundry plus Sunday's are the only day off my fiancé gets, but I do feel a little better... Would I be a terrible person if I said I don't want to work tomorrow...?
