Really worried-TMI

I've been having diarrhea for at least a week or more. Today I woke up and it was complete water... Not two hours later I vomited... My abdomen has been achey all day and I vomited twice  more and still nothing solid. Nurse put me on a clear liquid diet for 24 hours but I can't keep anything down... Should I go to the doctor if I'm not better in the morning? I don't want to over react
