Breast size!

My breast are a 32!! Yeah small! I'm married but I still don't feel sexy for him he tells me he loves my breast but living in this society where we woman have to have breast to be womanly or etc. my question is will breast implants help my insecurity or should I jut except them? I really hate having small breast!!
