Identigene Paternity Test

Has anyone ever used the Identigene Paternity Test and was it accurate? My sister just had a baby and the father wants a test. I think he needs to reach deep in his pockets and pay for a proper test and not use a test you can buy on amazon for 9$. So, was it accurate?
