It's not a "gun problem" it's a "people program"

I keep reading people write this. People love their guns so much they say America is full of horrible people rather than we should control our guns better. What is wrong in our country then that there are so many terrible young people and bad parenting that still causes a level of gun violence that is not found in other developed countries??
