My boyfriend always goes down on me because he loves it but Iv only been down on him once because I have a bad gag reflex An don't really know what I'm doing can someone please help ?!

Gag reflexes are horrible, maybe you can try to work yourself up to get used to the feeling without gagging. But if that doesn't work, a blow job doesn't require the penis to be all the way in your mouth, maybe try just working his head with your mouth, and use your hand for the rest of his shaft, trust me it will still drive him crazy!

I have a horrible gag reflex! I find it helps when his penis is REALLY wet (from spit or lube), then I don't feel it as much. I also try to tilt the back of my head and neck toward his stomach, then I can't feel it going down my throat as much 😊

Breath through your nose and close your lips around his penis. No gag :)

Lots of lube/spit really helps, clenching a fist that isn't in use also distracts you from the gag, as well as desensitising your reflexes, which you can do by brushing your teeth/tongue far enough that you gag every day, only ever so slightly. This, over time, numbs the reflex so it isn't so violent. I can deepthroat now 🙌🏼
