Just venting

My cousins and mother were sweet enough to throw me a baby shower. I gave them a list of guests. I asked them to go over it to see if I needed to add anyone. They said it looked good. Come to find out they've added family members and people I haven't seen in years and have never been close to. A few second cousins, my cousins friends, and daughters of my mothers friends I have never met. The list is so long. Pushing 80 last I was told. I am grateful for the gifts and all of my mother and cousins hard work. I'm just getting anxious thinking about how big it is. I was looking forward to keeping the list smaller rather than large. 😕 I feel like a brat but I'm annoyed people I didn't invite are just getting added without any mention to me.
