Twins in bed

Does anyone ever take their twins to bed with them for a nap? If so do they sleep while your napping or just lay there content?? Wondering if this is something I can do sometimes? We don't co sleep but some days I'm so tired and trying to take a nap on the couch never works one is always awake.
