Painful Aftermath!

Hey, right, for about the last 6 months after each period I have had some problems downstairs, it because very sore, itchy and dry! It doesn't hurt to pee but wiping kills! I'm constantly uncomfortable! Hurts to touch! I fear I may be allergic to tampons? Anyone else have the same or similar problem? And what's the alternative! Thanks!
