Ftm pain

I had a doctor appt today and I was checked. I was 1.5-2cm dilated and 75% effaced. I'm having sharp pains in my right buttcheck, killer nausea and what feels like period cramps. Does this warrant a trip to the hospital? It hurts but I don't want to be that over dramatic first time mom. 36+4 today.
