Pressure on lower abdomen 19 weeks pregnant

I had pressure on my lower abdomen is this normal?

I have this pain where my pubic hair is where you button low rise jeans that area and up to my naval all pain it feels like a pressure but it's uncomfortable walking. This is my first pregnancy I'm 19 weeks is something wrong or the baby growing. I don't know if I should go to the emergency room its a sharp pain sometimes since I woke up now and calmed down to feel like I have a heavy book or a brick on my abdomen what can I do?
