Dizziness

Anybody experience a severe period of dizziness during their pregnancy? I'm 12 weeks and 2 days and last night I woke up to use the bathroom and felt dizzy walking as if the room was shifting. I made it to the toilet but had to have my husband help me back to bed. I woke up still feeling that way. It seems to be getting better slowly. I drank a bunch of water but then got nauseous and threw it all up. Obviously if the dizziness continues I'll call the doctor but wanted to see if this or something similar happened to anyone else.
